This book is excellent. I like that the author is very conversational and he writes as if he's speaking directly to you. In some books, this may not be acceptable, but it really worked as the format for this one. I honestly think that this book can be used as part of a curriculum for teaching girls how to respect themselves. His points were very true and they could sting if you do not possess esteem for yourself. However, I encourage all to read the entire book before making a final judgement. He seems to be a parent. Every point he made was relevant still, in 2015. These points are in fact lessons and I would definitely give this book as a gift to any woman who I thought needed to learn about her self value. - Shila, Highschool Teacher, North Carolina
